57 Country Sedan 4 Door For Sale in Texas

I have a 57 Ford Country Sedan 4 door up for sale.  I really do not want to get rid of it, but some recent and unexpected bills are now making this resto unrealistic.  I will post some photos once I get home.  The car has some rust in the normal areas (lower fenders, rocker panels, and floor pans).  It has the original 312 and 3 speed.  This is a great project car, but needs to be restored.

I'm asking $4750.  This is really just to cover my costs.
