Ranchero tailgate latch

Any ideas where to find a new tailgate latch, (the handle that opens the tailgate)?  Can't find any listed in catalogs at all. Thanks.

There are no reproductions of the Ranchero/wagon tailgate handle.  There are reproductions of the plastic insert for the handle(available on Ebay).  Finding a pit free handle is very difficult.  I went through 5 different handles before I found a pit free one to replate.  Handles with pits require so much polishing/grinding to eliminate the pits resulting in the lettering on the handle disappearing.
