Needs about $5000 in interior work to bring it back to stock, I can live with the 62 Thunderbird wheels, but if I were to sell it I would include the factory rims and hubcaps. Assuming under the hood is factory stock, back to stock would bring $35,000 to $40,000 here in North East, so at $22,500 it's a good deal.
