radio conversion

hi all,  hope your thanksgiving was as good as mine.   now,  this may be a little long,  so read it all before u give me any advise.    converting radio to am/fm and having a usb installed so i can listen to some music on a mp3,  now u an have tons of music on lthe mp3,  so if u have say 200 songs,  and u want to find a certain one,  how do u do it?,  as far as i know theres no ditigal read out for the mp3,    also,  maybe it would just be better to install a cd  player in the glove box,  and if u go with the cd player,  who or where would be a good place to get one?,  thanks    jerry
