HI SKIP, I am using an electric motor but I just ran a hot wire to it & use my original knob & cable to operate it, SMURFEE :icon_bigsmurf: :006:

If you are using a 57 Chev or similar wiper motor your cable control functions just like the vaccum motor. If you get one from Newport Engineering they have an adaptor for using stock control.
