Ranchero/wagon tail gate strap

Need the passenger side tail gate strap for the Ranchero.  Any help appreciated.

the 1957 service bulletins say that there is a early and late production straps.the early ones are about 1/4 longer. my wagon has one of each. need to find a strap for mine also

Ford Blue blood, I sent you a PS about the tailgate strap.


Canadian ranchero, I have more if you need one or both. The ones I have measure 18 3/8" end to end on the strap not counting the pivoting mounting brackets.

Interesting info ! seems I have a mixed set on my Country Sedan as well. One is stretched out and the other not. I didn't know about different lengths before.

my canadian service bulletin says that the straps were changed in may of 1957
