292 and trans.

I have the 292 and 3spd. with o/d out of the 57 fairlane 500 conv. I am building. When we brought the car into the shop, we poured some gas in the carb and hooked up a battery, It fired right up and sounded pretty good for not running in years. Then it got some of the old gas from the tank and started to run a little ruff. Oil looks good as well as the oil in the trans. Customer said he drove it home when he bought it, but that was about it.
