Title: OKcity 100 mile run
Post by: RICH MUISE on 2020-09-22 17:51
Yesterday I signed up for the Crossmember Car Club's (Oklahoma City chapter) 100 mile run. It's on Oct 3, and it is a for sure go. I haven't got the particulars yet other than it's maybe going to follow old route 66 for 100 miles. I think leaving out of Acacia (Acadia?) and ending in Guthrie. There's a good video on the 2017 Run, must have been 150 cars. I'll post a link to it.
The ad says "drive a hundred or go home", lol it's close to 300 miles for me just to get there. There is another Amarillo guy already signed up for it, but I don't think I know him. He's entered a '46 Ford coupe.

"must have been 150 cars"...........lol..........I was #150 for this year's run, at least they had 149 at closing, but my OK Hamb friend who is organizing the run added me a few hours after closing. They also do day-of-run registrations.
