steering collumn part

Does anyone out there have the part that goes under the steering wheel that the directional signal lever screws into?  I have one that is broken into three pieces.  This is for a Ranchero, but I assume that all 57 steering collumns are the same.

OOPS!  Being a new guy to this stuff, I didn't know what I needed.  It turns out that I need a new steering wheel or have this one restored.  The plastic hub was broken off and taped together and it looked like a separate part.  I hope that I didn't confuse anybody other tham myself.
