Hi Guys,
I'm adding air conditioning to my car and I remember that years ago, a friend had a '59 Country Squire that had factory air. On the RH front door was an emblem indicating it was factory installed. I don't know what it said, but I'd like to find one for my car. Does anybody know what I'm talking about and does anybody have a nice one?
I put a 406 in the car and will need a double-grooved crank pulley. What years are the same? Does anybody have a nice one? I appreciate any help or advice you can provide.

61 - 62 Birds used double grooved pulleys on the crank and generator, the water pump had a triple groove with the front groove going to the AC compressor only. The doubles drove the generator and water pump. The water pomp pulley third groove then drove the compressor which slid on the mount to adjust the tension.
Someone has reproduced the selectaire door emblem. You might check with Jerry Miller.
It is easy to break off the mounting pins when removing these.
Arizona & Texas are where most these will be found.
Goodluck,
Ron.
I should have an extra emblem.
I also have another '57 with a complete Select Air unit if someone is wanting to add a unit to a car.
Pat
Thanks, Suede, I'll send you a PM.
