Can any one tell me if a 57 rancho had a split back frt seat mine has and I think the back is to thick and thats why I cant fit behind my 17 in wheel thanks jakepeter12@comcast.net
It should be 50/50 split. How are you supposed to get to the back otherwise? It may have been changed out at some point in its life.
Split back seat as mentioned by Abe. I have the issue of my legs are to long and the seat won't go back enough for me to stretch them out so I have to drive kind of bow legged. I think some people have used 15" T Bird wheels for extra clearance, I guess thats fine if you have power steering.
