I just enabled it last week...it is essentially a like/dislike button. If you like a post or whatever by a person, you can applaud. If someone says some butthole thing, you can smite him. The scores are cumulative....have fun with it. If you dont like it I can disable it again. Its been here forever, I just thought it might add some fun to the board...
