Heater delete plate

Looking for the piece that goes in the dash. Already have the radio and clock may as well have them all.

Randy, That is the hardest of the 3 pieces to find, because if a dealer installed cheap heater was installed at the dealer, they drilled a hole thru it and installed the heater switch.

They are hard to find and expensive too.

James,If you think the delete plates are hard to find!! What about my right hand drive dash the radio delete plate is the same but the heater and clock are backwards!!!!!

I spent a bit of time going through search tempest and found at least a half a dozen. Problem being is they were all converted over to aftermarket heaters and the hole drilled through the delete plate. Station wagons and customs are the ones that would have them, Fairlanes or higher end models may have been standard equipped.

Randy, Even a high priced retrac. or ragtop could be ordered without a heater, clock or radio. But the chances are always better with the cheap cars and warm climate. Not to many Minnesota cars ordered with out a heater!!!!!!
