Looking for a pair of "471"  292 Y-Block Cylinder Heads .    Complete or bare or as removed is fine   also.  I'm in Pennsylvania.  THANKS  Thundercat

I was unable to find a reference to "471" head designation?  I have a set of ECZ-C that I no longer have use for.  They were sold as fresh valve job, new springs/keepers/seals.  I paid $100 each and will sell for same.  I am in central WA.

Were they the low compression heads used on industrial engines? I'm sure I'm confused as usual  :003:

John Mummert's site lists these 5750-471 heads as a 1959 292 truck 8.0 compression ratio head, or 8.7 compression ratio mercury 312 head.

They are low compression big valve heads.  Guys use them on supercharged engines for approx 7.5 to 8:1 compression.

Another supercharged car being built?

I used a set of John Mummert fully ported 471's with 2.02 valves on my VR57 supercharged sedan.

They worked very well for me.
