got the center shaft modifyed[from a 59]looks like it is going to work.you need to watch the steering box/dash mount tilt angle to make sure there is no binding

the 59 turn signal switch is bad, looking for parts now[2 ahead 4 back]

spent 2 hours carefully taking the switch apart,cleaned all the contacts,was able to make the switch work
