312 Y block build book

Does anyone know where I can buy a copy of the Ford Y Block (How to rebuild.. Including engine specs) book?

I am building a 312 ci specifically... Any help would be much appreciated.

I got mine off ebay.  It was onl 10 or so plus shipping.  Also, you can get it on Amazon, which may work out better as the shipping is not as high as it is getting to be on ebay....almost done with ebay man...geez.
