Not really sure where to put this but it may be of value to somebody in the future...
I bought a 5 stage turbine for HVLP painting. I plan to paint jambs, inside of trunk, panels etc.

Anyway I went to a Sherwin Williams automotive paint store and they found an old book. They mixed 2 oz. of paint but they had no way to know if the color was correct. In my trunk the wheel wells have original paint and it has very little sun exposure. I buffed out a small section and applied the paint. It was an absolute dead match under all lighting conditions. The paint does not match what is on my car now. I thought I would include the pigment amounts for future reference. Below is the formula.
Strong White 32.9, Ferrite Yellow .8, Strong Black .2, Oxide Red, .1. The other line items are clear additives etcPaint formula.JPG
