1/4 window handles or cranks

Can anyone tell me if there is a difference in 1/4 window handles between 57 retractable and 57 rag top. I got new handles but the holes  that except the spindles don't seem deep enough as the clips will not catch.  Not sure if 58 retract are different from 57, except for white knob.  The ones they sent me look the same as the ones on my 57 rag top.

I believe the only difference is the length.  Both the Retractable and convertible are the same, the remainder of the line is all the same, just a little longer.
