I picked up their flyer at a Good Guys show last year and I thought they just made steering components. Then I realized the make whole p/s conversion kits. Their kit # 800115 is a GM box with a welded on adapter to bolt up to early ford frames. They are relatively close to me, about an hours drive. The site has photos of the box going into a 56 ford. It comes with a gm pitman arm to bolt up to the stock m/s linkage for 609.00 retail. Their Facebook page has detail photos with dimensions. I'm not a big fan of steel welded to cast iron and I'm curious if the ABS box comes the same way?
Borgeson is well established and an up front company. They have been the leader in steering components for many years and have a reputation second to none. No need to worry IMHO!
The ABS box has the mounting flange cast into the box , from what I was told its a totally new box to fit fords.
