I am interested in recreating my first car a 1957 Ford Fairlane Wagon. I have a built 302 and a C6 to put in it. I need everything else. This is not a restoration, but a street rod. Any leads would be helpful. I live in so cal. Thanks. :006:

LOL.....welcome to the forumn Scardog. I think what Gary was trying to tell ya, is if you search for a "Fairlane" wagon, you won't find one, as Ford never made a Fairlane wagon. As odd as it seems, all wagons were made on the shorter Custom wheelbase.
If your not sure which model wagons you'd prefer to search for, check out www.1957ford.com Look in the models section for tons of pics, seperated by model.
I can do this, I can do this, I, well, maybe

...and hey...no more 57 Ford 'wagons allowed in SoCal!

I like being the only one at cruise nights and car shows (kidding...sorta).

I search the internet all the time to see what wagons are out there for sale...not many. Here is one that looks good in photos...4-door Country Sedan in Hermosa Beach...
