New Steering Wheel 57 Ranch Wagon

My steering wheel is mostly shot.  It has more black tape on it than plastic.  Where can I get a good/new steering wheel.  Is there a direct replacement that I can buy?  I have manual steering so a 16" would be about the smallest I would care to get. BTW I did search many threads with no luck except after market wheels.
