Title: source for Granada spindles/disc brake kit?
Post by: RICH MUISE on 2022-06-15 15:09
Does anybody know of a source for the kits we use to get from Drop n' Stop with the Granada spindles? I've been helping a guy from Dallas who is building a 2dr Custom. Aside from the discs, he wants to lower it a few inches.
I've heard talk of a "Scarebird" company, but don't know anything about them. Website? I think I remember reading the Scarebird brakes use the stock Ford spindles, which would be ok since the lowering could be done with the springs.

Thanks, Gary. I'll pass that info along to him. I did find the Scarebird website and the brackets they make for our '57 spindles. Rotors and calipers not supplied, but designed for Mustang components, readily available at local parts stores
