6cyl manual to Y block with auto

My Custom 300 has the 6cyl with manual trans,I have a line on a Y block with an auto tranny,other than the shift column and perhaps the driveshaft,is this a straight swap?
Will my 6 cyl rad cool the y block enough?

It won't be a straight swap. The radiator for a V8 is completely different both mounting and were inlet outlet is located. Also, fuel line, generator wiring, exhaust, etc etc...

Front mounts also. Muffler inlet is smaller on the 6.
