Title: Drag link coupler question

I took apart two of these last week and each was put together differently, so I was hoping that someone with a manual can tell me the correct way.

Is it,

A-  spring, ?T? cup cup ?T? spring

or

B- ?T? spring cup cup spring ?T?

Also, what is the correct way to adjust these? (IE torque or torque and back off)

Are u tallking about where the pitman arm goes in?

Yes, the section that fits over/around the ball on the pitman arm.

i am assuming you are talking about manual steering.the 57 parts book shows it in this order.T, spring,cup,cup,spring,T,and theaded cap.hope this helps
