Bomb scare at Kansas Home Depot

Yea...that was about 3 years back. I thought it was mighty nice of him to warn everyone he was about to make an EPA disaster zone. :blowup1: :blob8:
Can't believe something like that would make the news.
At least he didn't hold them hostage! Lol
Sounds like a real stinker.

I watched a '68 Fastback Mustang rot away for 30 years in Olympia. The guy would not sell...gonna fix it was his claim. He had no garage, no shop and he sat on his folding chair in front of his single-wide (which was also rotting away) all weekend for 30 years drinking beer....and never did a thing to it. Sinful!

My dog is too fat and won't come in the shop if its over 85 degrees outside, but I killed a 32" long Copperhead in my shop a couple weeks ago. I guess snakes will have to be my comfort animal.

I believe you answered the question Terry
Guess I would have been considered cheating had I answered...since I have an '82 RX-7...and they wind FOREVER!
yes but I have an aircooled Volkswagen cyl head that looks like that.....hahaha.
I guess you should not floor a '67 Variant squareback to over 85mph ?? :003:
No..85 in a squareback would be unadvised.
I saw one lift up and flip over backwards once on I-8 west of San Diego. Wind was blowing in from the west...she was coming in from the east...perfect set-up. Scared the dickens out of a 17 year old kid.

I had a friend do exactly that in 1973! I thought it was his idea. He put a PVC sewer clean out on the top.
I remember there being an article in 4 Wheeler Magazine in the early seventies saying to do the same exact thing with your used oil; put it back in the ground where it came from. They said to dig down a few feet and fill with stone the mount a pipe up to the surface surrounded with soil.
Different times....
I think back..about how many gallons of oil I did that with. OOPs!

No pics, but funny story. I think this was supposed to be a compliment:
I stayed overnight at a casino/hotel in Oklahoma a while back. left the lights on in my '57, so went out the next morning to a dead battery. The maintenance guy who jumped started my car told me it "was probably the best looking Ford in the whole parking lot"! Gee, thanks.
Quote from: RICH MUISE on 2023-03-23 09:39Gee, thanks.
