57AGIN

Several months ago a couple of very expensive pieces of metal got into the the engine resulting in damage to #4 & #7 clyinders pistons & combustion chambers.  While I had the heads off & was having the damage cleaned up, I decided to do it the right way and got both the heads and the intake manifold ported.  Rick Crawford came over this last weekend and we are getting the engine back together again.  Here are a couple of photos of the refurbished and improved heads.

I think that the bad thing about screwing up a very sound engine will soon be overshadowed by the improved breathing.  I'm looking forward to getting the car back on the road and onto the chassis dyno again.
