WTB Plastic Inserts for Ignition Lights L. Air Etc.

Looking for the plastic inserts that go at the top of the Chrome Bezel on either side of the Steering Column. There are photos below showing what I'm looking for. I'm not in need of the Chrome Bezels.
The '57 pieces have a Black Background with White lettering, and the 58's have White Background with Black lettering.

I'm looking for the White with Black Lettering from '58's

The Right side comes in two versions, one version says  Choke in the far right position and the other version says Lighter. Either will work for me.

August 10 Update.

Turns out that the '58 Bezels and the plastic inserts are unique to the '58 and the plastic will not interchange into the '57 bezel.
So, I'm now looking for the complete Chrome Bezel with Good White plastic inserts from a '58
