I want to put in new seal beams, would prefer halogen.  Where can I get them?

Any parts store will have replacement hologen sealed beams. 

If you're talking about the bulb/reflector kind you will need to make changes to your lighting circuit.  The current draw with the bulb type is too high for the light switch and will burn it up in short order.  To run those type bulbs you need to install a relay kit or fab one up your self that supply power when the lights or on straight from the battery.  H-4s will eat up a standard light switch in a couple of weeks, light switches with circuit breakers will trip after about 30 seconds.  Both Painless and Ron Francis sell the kits to do this.
