I have purchased many things here from our members.and NEVER had ANY bad dealings.. unlike a few other message boards and EBAY.
I chalk it up to the small community that truly cares about this style of car we love.

I just received a package on some goods bought from lgcustom..(Larry) and I must commend him on a such a great experience.
In constant correspondence with me..clear and precise, the package was so well packed and carefully handled....Nothing was damaged and nothing out of order.
Larry...MANY Thanks....
Your a super fine guy.

That is all.

Jeff,
Thanks for the complement. It means a lot. I'm glad everything got to you in good order. You never know how rough the shippers are going to be. By the way guys, this was USPS. They were on time as promised and were competitive on the cost.

Everything was perfect Larry....the box was sealed perfectly and no damaged to ANYTHING.
I was great.
Because shipping is so dang crazy expensive to where I live(The "Brokerage charges are usually 50-60% of the cost of the part) I have a warehouse that allows me to have items shipped and stored yearly for under $100.00

I feel very sorry for other international members who's costs must be astronomical......
Ant any rate,.... so very happy Larry and also VERY Happy from other members I have bought or received parts from.

I will tell you what is disappointing ....I picked up packaging from various suppliers as well... Speedway, excellent,Obsolescent in OK City,excellent.... Larry's T-bird.....FAILURE.
For shipping that cost me a 100 bucks from Larry's to the Buffalo warehouse... the delivery guy must of did 2 tours with a few rabid Pitbulls.... the packaging looked like a Sgt.Rock comic book cover and minor parts are missing.
Not a big deal.... just if i ran my business like that...I'd be out of business.

Sorry to hear about Larry's.  I've ordered 8-10 times from Larry's and very satisfied.  I kind of wonder if these vendors don't stock every part in their catalog and drop ship from their supplier.  As I drop off shipments, I often wonder about the arrival condition.  I just received a heavy tool from Texas and in was barely in the box.  I don't understand how a shipper puts a heavy, shape-cornered object loose in a box and expect it to arrive in acceptable condition.  I test my outgoing packages by drop kicking them into the back of my truck.  If they survive that test, off to the post office,

Great to hear about members and sellers taking care and pride in packing/shipping their goods! When I sell and ship something I take into consideration, how I would want to receive that item and how I would want it safely packed. then kick it a bit, like Gary said...haha

Jeff, now - you might have a ware house for $100,
but I have one located in Mass, and it's for free ..... :003: Come to think of it. I need to ask my 'ware house owner' about his storage and basement heating cost... :002:

That storage cost is likely to go up as high as a rootbeer float at Star Drive in some day. HAHA
