power seat assembly

I have power seat in my 57 fairlane town sedan. stopped working. All power sources okay but upon inspection the the frame that the moving mechanism is attached to is cracked. I need to find this assembly for under the seat.  Can anyone help. Frustrated in Canada.

Can't it be welded?

It is white metal and i am told you cant weld it.
