Looking for pictures from the 1957 New York Auto Show

I'm looking for pictures, newspaper, or magazine clippings of Ford Cars at the 1957 New York Auto show, in particular the Ranchero with County Squire trim, and the 2 door Country Squire wagon displayed there. I know the Ranchero was used later that year in print ads for Ballantine Beer, does anyone have a copy of one of those beer ads? I have managed to trace the 2 door Country Squire wagon to a used car dealer in Maryland in 1970s but the trail ended there as the dealer when out of business. I would love to know if these two vehicles survived, and where they are now.
