leafspring rubber piece

Hi,
I'm looking for a replacement rubber pad that leafspring packs sit on between the diff and the leafspring pack,
I checked on the Denniscarpenter catalog and only see a set of liner your supposed to use between the leaves, does some have a part number handy?

concoursparts has them #5741 in there catalog $4.28 ea.

Thanks will be getting them ASAP, looks like I'll be needing all new u-bolts and hardware too..
