Does anyone know what the value of a top loader would be?
Checked the prices on ebay but they seem to be all over the place. Any info would be appricated?
Depends on what top loader it is and what it came from, plus what shape it's in.
I chased close ratio, big in/out and found cores $700 and up. After adding $1500-1800 for upgrades plus shifter, it was still rated at 450 FT/LB. Bought a new, in box, guaranteed Tremec TKO600 for $2250.
The wide ratio small block transmission in question (IF as advertised) is fair.
