57 Ranchero 0n 4WD chassis for sale

I passed a 57 Ranchero on a 4wd chassis yesterday in Red Hook, NY it was pouring rain so I didn't get out of the car. The sign in the window said asking 12,000.00 If anyone is interested I'll go back and take some pictures. The body look good.

A coworker lives in Red Hook, NY. He checked it out and this is his report: David (oldest son) says very carefull project car years and 30K invested. NOT 312 but strong 292 list is long and well thought through. The man that did the work is a local car repair man whoth a month long waiting list. Steve Hoffman  758-3566 is the owner. His work is usually very neat and detailed. This is no exception....David says asking $11,000 but nego. like everything else.
