One thing about buying your own birthday presents is that you always get just what you wanted.  I got COLOR!!!!!!!!!!!!

All the loose parts are in color finally.  I just have the shell to do.  Let the wet sanding and buffing begin.

Since the scoop was a test question...karma points have been awarded for the correct answers!  The scoop is the entire hood skin from a '65 Thunderbird (same as '64).  Thanks for the Bday thoughts.  Boots and umbrellas for today.

Nice work, now the fun begins :003:
I hate blocksanding!

Yes the block sanding.....how many hours.....too many to count and finger tips so sore you can't hold a cup of coffee....and we call this fun?   Nice work, I know how many hours of prep are required to make black look as it should!  And to still not be done with those parts......
