Title: 1957 pickup power steering
Post by: thomasso on 2019-07-21 21:21
Probably not the place to ask this question but I can't find a pickup forum and maybe one of our members has an answer.  A friend is looking to put power steering on his restored 57 3/4 ton wrecker.  Anyone got any info on this?  Thanks.

There was no factory power steering for these trucks. Power Steering wasn't available until sometime in the late 60's. Some people have adapted Toyota boxes to work but I don't know if they work on a 4X4. I've heard that CPP might have one..
