Looks like a 56/57 LINC MK II 368 with an aluminum intake grafted on.

Those are cool valve covers. Personally, I liked the finned ones better :) guess it also depends on what air cleaner you'll use.

351W with custom adapters for the Lincoln valve covers....very cool...who made the adapters?
