what is the best company to purchase full patch panels on my 57 sedan delivery, I don't mind paying extra for ones that actually fit and don't require a bunch of hours straightening them out.
Welcome to the forum. That's a frequently asked question here. You'll find lot of threads in the "search".....however, for the most part, they pretty much all conclude with the majority agreeing that EMS is the best available. You'll find their website link in our suppier links list.
Also pretty much agreed is almost everything needs some "persuading" to fit exactly, but if one is capable of doing the panel replacement to begin with, the persuading is doable. Basically, it's a matter of having to deal with imperfection but have no choice, other than getting the best available even if not perfect.
NOS oem panels, btw, are almost imposible to find.
Just a heads up..probably the worst of all the panels are the headlight surrounds....in particular, the non-EMS.

thanks guys, I will be ordering EMS today.
My headlight repair panels fitted really well, but the rockers didn't have enough of a concave profile to match the originals, nothing that couldn't be sorted easily though and a lot easier than trying to make one from scratch!
