I'm working on the Driver's side door on my Ranchero and I do not have access to the passenger side door as a reference. My driver's side door has , what I believe, are some "extra" holes that a previous owner drilled, that I would like to weld up. But I'm not 100% sure they are extra, thus I'd like to see a photo of the "lock end" of a driver's door, before I weld up some holes I'll need Could someone on the Forum please take a photo of the narrow/lock assembly end of a driver's side door. The area where these additional holes are located is about 4 1/2 inches below where the lock assembly mounts with three screws.

Yes sir that is what I wanted to see. My door has four "extra" holes that I will now weld up and make it look right.
