Title: Rear Sway Bar
Post by: Wirenut on 2022-02-12 21:19
I am considering retrofitting a rear sway bar on my Fairlane and have looked at some of the build photos in the gallery and searched some of the post on them. Some of you have installed the Adco and others the T Bird ones. Can someone share the part number or what year model your sway bar is made for. I looked at the Adco site but nothing shows for the 57 so I assume the ones installed are for another year or model, same with the T Bird, are you using one for the 57 or another year model?
Any part numbers or specific year models would be appreciated.

Just to clarify......what we call the "TBird"sway bars are not called that because they are made for a Thunderbird. We call them that because they are sold by Thunderbirds Southwest. Not sure I got that company name correct, but they are also sold by Concourse (same bars), and are made for our '57 Fords.

ADDCO #650...fabrication required...for wagon/Ranchero...may not clear the shocks on a Fairlane or Custom
