Macs Auto Parts has them in their catalog, but I had a hard time getting it to pull up with their online catalog.  The part number for the 57 Shop Manual in their printed catalog is BK121A (price $30.99) plus shipping of course.

Ebay also has listings for 57 Shop Manuals ranging in price from $35 to $50 or so.

Good Luck,
Dave

Try Faxon Car Literature in Riverside, California.  They have a large inventory that is always changing

Nothing is better than the factory shop manual.

I have an extra set.  1957 Ford Car and Thunderbird Shop Manual,  1957 Ford Body, Trim and Sealant Manual and  1957 Ford electrical Assembly Assembly Manual.  The latter two are still in plastic packaging.  All three are necessary for a restoration.  My 1911 Mac's caltalog shows them for about $75.  I'll part with them for $85 including postage.  Tom.
