I'm 99.9% sure aftermarket wheel tubs have never been made, nor have patch panels for the same. I had to hand fab the outer 4", both sides (including the doglegs). Took forever.
Used? It's highly unlikely IMHO. If the donor car is solid, in all likelihood, it's not going to be cut apart. And even if it was, what is going to get sacrificed........the wheel housing or the outer quarter? It would be difficult at best to separate the two without losing one or the other, but I'm sure it could be done by drilling out the spotwelds.
Good luck!!

NOS or will patch panels do?  If patch panels would do, look at tri-five panels.  You can make a tri-five with a VIN tag.  Anyway...I haven't tried this yet but the subject has come up before.  Some tri-five panels are very, very similar to '57 Ford structural panels.  They may not be a bolt-in but how many patch panels are?
