Title: The day for thanks...
Post by: mustang6984 on 2024-11-28 03:07
Happy Thanksgiving to all!
We have a lot of reasons to be thankful this year.
And some of us have been making good progress on projects, and we have a couple of new members with projects that are just getting under way.

Hope all enjoy the day in whatever way is best and most desired for you. Above all, make sure you get plenty of :turkey:  but save some for sandwiches and hash and soup down the road! YUM!   :003:

Later all...Hugh

I will join the celebration!  Happy Thanksgiving to all.  My joy is founded in good health, the ability to think and live free and mostly my parents teaching me values that served me and my family over the years.  Please remember the military folks that are deployed, some in harms way, some simply away from their homes, as they need our thoughts and prayers of wellbeing and know we appreciate their service.

I remember being away from family and friends on Thanksgiving and Christmas when I was in the NAVY. Remember we live in the Land of the Free, because of the BRAVE. Keep them in your thoughts and prayers.

Let's not forget some other folks who give up their holiday.  Police, Fire, Ambulance, Doctors, Nurses, etc.  Many of them work the holiday so that we can be safe and well.
