FYI........IF you are going to order glass from Auto City, make sure they can fill the order in a reasonable amount of time.
I placed an order in March, for pickup in late July. I recently called to confirm the pickup details and was informed that they can't deliver the order as it was written.
The guesstimate as to when, was Nov/Dec.
Caveat emptor!
John I had all my glass cut by a local glass shop. The windshield came from a regular ol windshield place that does mostly late model everything. The windshield was tinted light green, cost $185 (I picked it up and installed) and fit perfect. It took them only a week from order to the call that it was in. I did have examples for the vents and door glass, the back window was made from a template provided to me by a member of this site. I did send it off to another member (don't remember who, been to bed since then) and he reported good results as well. Might look into it....

I also got my windshield locally. I wish it would've only been $185. Mine was $412. My side glass came from Auto City. I had a door glass recut locally and it cost me within a few dollars of the complete side glass kit.
Dang yeah great price on that windshield. Get a back up for the rafters.
Perhaps AC classics is having issues bringing the glass in. I noticed it was imported last time got some. But last time they also broke parts in shipping and promptly replaced it.
I hate to say it but if you can keep your old school glass shop in business. Get it cut locally. You have templates they can keep and you know where to get replacements if needed.
The $185 was almost ten years ago....knew I would need one, figured there would be a long lead time, sat in my basement for six years before it was installed.
