If my memory serves me correctly, there is a FORUM member by the name of Rick , that lives in Ft.Worth that had one some years ago. I saw it at his home, when I purchased a '57 part from him.
Anyone on the FORUM know Rick?
John

Check with L & L Classic Auto Parts, Gooding Idaho, (208) 536-6607.  I saw a complete clip sitting on a trailer a little ways inside the gate.  They also had 3 or 4 complete cars.  Be sure to be sitting down when you call them as they're not cheap.

"front clip" means different things to different people. One piece? What EXACTLY are you looking for? Frame or sheetmetal?

I read "1 piece" to mean just that. A fiberglass one piece front end as used on gassers.
When I purchased a part from "Rick" in Ft.Worth, he had a 1 piece fiberglass front end. He has been on the FORUM in the past.

That's exactly what came to mind at first, but the fact that they are so rare, and the quick responses, made me wonder if he meant something else. I always assumed front clip was referring to the frame from firewall forward. Just another old age moment, or not, never mind, lol.

Front clip sheet metal from the windshield to the grill with hood.

On the Home page of the FORUM, go down to the fourth listing, Service Parts etc.Open it.
Then you see a site for Salvage Yards. I suggest you contact, Roger in Kansas, Rob in Minnesota, and Trenton in Texas. I've bought parts from all three of them. Roger says he has 50 + '57's,Rob has a few '57's and Trenton has some '57's as I've seen them in person.
Good luck
John

If anyone is interested there's a 57 two door project with a one piece steel tilt front end on Craigslist in lake havasu Arizona listed for 1875.00
I sent Martin a pm 3 weeks ago but it's still listed.
Must not be what he's looking for.
It's not mine and I know nothing about it just thought someone on here might be interested.
It's listed under cars and trucks

I think Suncoast is the "fly by night" guy mentioned above.  When I last spoke to them, it was $1000 plus $1000 freight.  That was ten years ago.  I have tried contacting them many times since then with no luck.  Probably a blessing in disguise. There were some really sketchy reviews online.

I will probably build a steel 1-piece front.  Unfortunately, my fenders are fiber glass so I will have to get some steel ones.

if you look at project cars I have some pic from the one i built just make Sher you give a gap from hood to fender so fenders clear cowl and if you cut bottom of fenders as i did mount the to car worked out grate if you don't you have to have 2 people to open have to pull fenders away from doors on your fiberglass fenders find a glass hood build a steel frame and glass it together that may work also
