Title: wheel bolt patterns and sizes
Post by: RICH MUISE on 2013-08-03 08:01
Ran across this handy reference. Some info is in MM, so if you need to check a metric bolt pattern, for example the '57 Ford is listed as a 5 x 114.3 bolt pattern(?), just divide the mm by 25.4. (114.3 divided by 25.4=4.5). I also noted the error in the '57 stud size...I believe 1/2 x 20 is correct

This is a handy site. It also has conversion charts, wheel dimension crossections, etc. Check it out.

Five bucks at most swap meets. Real handy. When I was looking for some donuts after I did my swap to disc, I brought it to the junkyard with me..makes for a quick and easy check. The charts come in hany if your looking for something specific, like what cars came with oem 15 or 16" wheels in the 4.5 x 5 pattern.
