Title: 1957 Ford style boats?
Post by: Limey57 on 2017-08-26 16:55
A year or so ago I saw a boat for sale needing restoration, it was obviously styled on the 57 Fords as the back end had similar fins. I thought about buying it but didn't. Naturally I now regret it, it'd look cool behind my Ranchero towing it to the lake.

Anyone know the type I'm talking about? For the life of me I can't remember what make it was!!!

The late 50's Glass Slipper boats laid on the automotive styling pretty heavy..

I had this '65 Century with a FE and late '50s Ford steering box, column, wheel and horn ring.

Thanks!  It looks like there were some pretty cool boats around in the 50's too, even the trailer under the Glass Slipper looks good!  I've never owned a boat but it's always something I've fancied having a go at.
