There is an Historical Consultant at Ford in Oakville Ontario. Her name is Sandra Notarianni, sorry I don't have a phone number but you can try postal mail or call a main directory. She was very helpful in providing information on my Meteor Niagara Ranchero, including the production run of the 6cyl models (which was 300). I'm not sure if she is still there.

Another good resource is a book called 'Monarch Meteor' by R. Perry Zavitz. It lists all canadian production unit numbers in the appendix for the '40s, '50s and '60s (for mercury, meteor and monarch).
