567 power steering update

Just thought I would let you guy's know the 567 power steering gearbox from ABS power brakes is a 3 1/2 turns lock to lock. I set my 460 block back in the wagon to check for header clearance and found the 567 box is a little closer but still had about 1" of clearance. I'm taking some pic's and hope to do a good tech article on this system once it's done, wish me luck!!

Ordered the 567 box from ABC today.

Installed the 567 box today. It is very close to the exhaust manifolds, but it does clear.
I am currently running a Y block with an auto. I will have to modify the shift linkage as I had to shorten the
steering column about 8 inches. As it is, without the pump it is quite smooth with no lost motion (slop)
Not completely finished, but I am pleased with the box so far. I will keep all posted as I continue with the
installation.
