Granada caliper OEM hose to AN swap

I have completed the Granada spindle swap several times yet after reading all of the comments, I picked up a few more helpful bits of info.
My question...does anyone have a source for the AN adapter from the Granada caliper to AN braided hose?

Check with any of the after market hot rod manufacturers, they sell all kinds of "stuff" to adapt either way you want to go.  Goodman, ECI, SSB and more advertize in most of the car magazines.
